POSITION OVERVIEW The Accounts Payables Team Lead will support Adknowledge through routinely processing on-time payments of the company’s disbursements and analysis of standard operating procedures including recommendation and implementation to manage continuous improvements. Primary duties will include: 1. Payables: Hands-on responsibility for all aspects of the domestic Accounts Payable department – including possible expansion to international payments. Included currently is maintaining automated imaging system (ImageNow), ensuring accuracy of payments, obtaining proper approvals, processing on-time payments, responding to vendor requests, record retention and preparation of year-end 1099 forms. 2. Employee Expense Reports: Oversee auditing function of employee expense reports to verify compliance (approvals and receipts) and ensure consistent application of the Company expense report policy. 3.
